About Me

I'm a freelance graphic designer working out of Concord, MA USA. 

I work on a project based model and have several long-term relationships with clients.  I format a full range of marketing, branding and graphic design materials

for conferences, businesses, products and personal events.  

 

I design original artwork, logos, programs, and direct mail pieces for businesses as well as both intimate and large-scale events, including a National conference of over 800 participants. I work in close cooperation with executives to customize and maintain clear branding strategies, design materials that meet their needs,

and liaison with printers and designers to see jobs to completion.  

 

I have also organized and overseen the execution of several fundraisers and auctions (online and live), celebrations and other large gatherings ranging from 50-250 attendees; managing logistics with conference organizers and site managers.

2017 - 2019

Director of Marketing, Concord Montessori School

Organized overall marketing, event coordination, advertising and graphic design services for Concord Montessori School.  Worked in close cooperation with the Head of School and Administrative team to coordinate best marketing efforts, improve admission numbers, retention and overall customer satisfaction.  Created new marketing materials, including print, video and website redesign, and oversaw an annual budget.  In a two year period assisted in increasing enrollment ~20% to maximum capacity with waitlists in all programs.  Now work in a consulting role.

Other Experience

. Worked as First Assistant Director (AD) for a to-be-released International film. Pre-filming coordination including coordination of daily schedule, logistics, travel of cast and crew, slating, oversight of daily progress against the filming production schedule, location scouting, maintaining order and professionalism in dynamic locations in Chile, Northern Ireland and Chicago. Post-production expense reports and Director’s notes.

. Launched and ran a small business which aimed to simplify the lives of busy parents by bringing the best of children’s fashion directly to their doorsteps in a subscription-based model.  

. Managed development of creative print and television projects, including lifestyle, drama, and children’s programming.  Designed graphics for The Art Show on CBC.
